Terms and conditions

These terms apply to ABC Office services ordered on SwissNaturalisation.ch: pre-check, Essential and Full Service packages, ordering of documents, apostilles, translations and test preparation.

ABC Office prepares and files applications and supports the client. The naturalisation decision rests solely with the municipal, cantonal and federal authorities. ABC Office does not guarantee the outcome of the procedure.

Prices shown are fees in Swiss francs. Official costs (fees, documents, apostilles, language tests, postage) are borne by the client, either paid directly or paid in advance by ABC Office and passed on at cost. The pre-check amount is deducted from a package ordered within 6 months.

Services ordered online are payable when ordered, by card or TWINT via Stripe. Costs paid in advance are invoiced separately and payable within 30 days.

The pre-check report is delivered within 48 working hours of receiving all the information requested. Processing times of Swiss and foreign authorities are outside ABC Office's control.

The client may cancel an order as long as work has not started, in which case the amount paid is refunded. Once work has started, services performed and costs incurred remain payable. The pre-check is no longer refundable once the report has been delivered.

The client provides complete and accurate information. ABC Office is not responsible for the consequences of false or incomplete information.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of ABC Office, subject to mandatory jurisdictions in favour of consumers.
