We process the data you send us via forms, email or phone: name, contact details, answers to the eligibility test, information about your situation and documents needed for your application. This may include sensitive data (for example social assistance or criminal records), which is processed solely to prepare your application.

Answering your requests, providing our services, sending you your test result and contacting you again if you have agreed to this, invoicing and meeting our legal obligations.

Our emails are hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.). Online payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.); we do not receive your card details. The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. Some of these providers may transfer data outside Switzerland, with appropriate safeguards.

This website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. Your language choice may be stored in your browser.

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months. Application and billing data are kept for 10 years, as required by law.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to order@abc-office.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
