For ordinary naturalisation, you need a C permit and 10 years of residence in Switzerland (years between the ages of 8 and 18 count double, with at least 6 years of actual residence), plus 2 to 5 years in the canton, depending on the canton. The spouse of a Swiss citizen can apply for facilitated naturalisation after 5 years of residence and 3 years of marriage.
